  • We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. 
  • The customer is responsible for providing an accurate mailing/delivery address. 
  • NO refunds and all sales are final. 
  • Custom orders - Non-refundable 50% deposit required and remaining balance due before shipping. 
  • Processing times can vary as these are all handmade.  Please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks to process items that are not in stock.  Custom orders may take longer. 
  • 18+ years or older only, please, and is subject to verification.
